This is the Original batapola antenna manufactured in Sri Lanka. It is designed for receiving weak tv signals in areas where the broadcast towers are far away. This batapola antenna will allow you to receive UHF, VHF, FM and HD signals in Sri Lanka. This antenna has a signal range of up to 50 km. Which means it can receive tv signals broadcast from a signal tower as far as 50 KM. The batapola circuit inside this antenna has a built in powerful booster with higher gain.  The amount of channels you receive depend on your location and the power of the antenna. 

How to install the Antenna

• Attach the batapola antenna to a pole using the built in u bolt clip. The pole should be 20 to 25 feet high. If you are installing the batapola antenna in a higher signal area such as Colombo, you need only to erect a pole around 10 to 20 feet. 
• The antenna should be installed as flat or horizontal direction as shown in the box. 
• You have to rotate the antenna very slowly until you see a clear picture. If you see blurred picture or tunneling pictures make sure to lower the hight of the antenna. 
• Connect the coaxial cable provided to the bottom of the batapola antenna and plug the other end to the power pack provided with the antenna. 
• Avoid placing or dangling the coaxial cable with other power lines or any other signal carrying cables. 
• After installation retune your tv to correctly receive the channels. 
• This is an antenna for SD, LED, LCD, HD TVs in Sri Lanka.
